Customers may fill each Deliverly bag with as much regular washable laundry as will fit. There is no advertised weight limit for membership bags or one time bags. The bag must close completely without clothing or other items sticking out.
Clothing cannot be tied, taped, or attached to the outside of the bag.
Any laundry that does not fit inside the closed bag requires an additional bag or separate service.
Regular laundry bags may include normal machine washable clothing, towels, sheets, and similar washable items.
These items require a separate quote or specialty service.
Need an extra bag this week?
Active members can add an occasional extra bag to a scheduled pickup without changing their membership.
Customers may fill the additional bag with as much regular washable laundry as will fit. The bag must close completely.
The extra bag must be requested and paid for before pickup.

Is Deliverly only for people without a washer and dryer?+
No. Deliverly is for anyone who wants to save time. Many customers own laundry equipment but would rather remove sorting, washing, drying, folding, and laundry management from their schedule.
How much laundry can I put inside the bag?+
You may place as much regular washable laundry inside the Deliverly bag as will fit. The bag must close completely without clothing or other items sticking out.
Does the Standard Membership include two bags every week?+
No. Standard members receive two physical bags for rotation, but the membership includes one full bag serviced each week.
What if I need two bags every week?+
Choose the $449 Household Membership. It includes two full bags serviced weekly and eight bag services per monthly billing cycle.
What if I only occasionally need another bag?+
Active members can add one additional bag to a scheduled pickup for $69.
Do unused weekly bag services roll over?+
No. Unused weekly bag services do not roll over, accumulate, transfer, or convert into credit.
Can I use the service without becoming a member?+
Yes. One time bag service is available for $99 with no membership required.
Do you offer laundry by the pound?+
Yes. Regular laundry is $2.50 per pound with a 15 pound minimum. Same day laundry is $3.75 per pound with a 15 pound minimum and is subject to availability.
Is dry cleaning included in the membership?+
No. Dry cleaning is priced separately by garment. Deliverly confirms the final price before processing.
Can I put dry cleaning inside my regular laundry bag?+
Dry cleaning items must be separated from regular washable laundry and clearly identified.
Are comforters and oversized items included?+
No. Comforters, large blankets, pillows, rugs, mattress toppers, specialty garments, and oversized household items are priced separately.
Can I provide special laundry instructions?+
Yes. Customers can provide detergent, fragrance, allergy, drying, stain treatment, and special care instructions.
Is same day service guaranteed?+
No. Same day service depends on pickup location, route availability, submission time, and processing capacity. It is not confirmed until Deliverly approves the request.
How do payments work?+
Deliverly accepts secure card payments. Memberships are billed automatically through Stripe. One time services and additional bags require payment before service unless Deliverly provides different instructions.
How do I know if my address is eligible?+
Submit the availability form with your complete address. Deliverly will confirm whether the location is currently within the service area.
Deliverly Service Policies+
- Every Deliverly bag must close completely.
- Items cannot hang outside the bag.
- Items cannot be tied, taped, or attached to the outside of the bag.
- Laundry outside the closed bag requires an additional bag or separate service.
- Customers must empty all pockets before pickup.
- Deliverly is not responsible for items left inside pockets.
- Customers must identify delicate, valuable, stained, damaged, or special care garments before service.
- Customers must separate dry cleaning from washable laundry.
- Customers must identify items requiring air drying, low heat, or special care.
- Garments without readable care labels may require approval before processing.
- Preexisting stains, discoloration, fading, shrinking, weak seams, loose buttons, damaged zippers, and normal wear may affect the final result.
- Deliverly cannot guarantee that every stain will be removed.
- Pickup and delivery times depend on route availability.
- Same day service is not confirmed until approved.
- Customers must provide safe and accessible pickup and delivery locations.
- Pets must be secured during pickup and delivery.
- Missed pickups, inaccessible locations, incorrect addresses, unsafe conditions, or missing access information may require rescheduling.
- Deliverly may refuse hazardous, contaminated, moldy, wet, pest infested, or unsafe items.
- Dry cleaning and specialty item prices must be approved before processing.
